This Revision is directed against the order dated 06.01.2020 allowing I.A.No. 1923 of 2019 filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure in O.S.No. 4 ol 2OOB on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad. The said Application was filed for de exhibiting Ex.BS.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that in the light of the orders of this Court in C.R.p.No. 3962 of 201g, the underlying reason for rejection of I.A.No. 1923 of 2019 which is impugned in the present Revision to eschew Ex.BS is required to be reconsidered subject to the observations made with regard to the relevancy and admissibilily in terms of the order dated 19.02.2Ot9 in C.R.P.No. 3967 of 2018.

The fair submission made by the leamed counsel for the respondents is appreciable.
