This Civil Revisionpetition is filed questioning the order dated 14.11.2017 partly allowing I.A.No.986 of 2016 in O.S.No.l099 of 2016 on the file o[ V Senior Civil Judge, City Civi I Courts, Hyderabad.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 06.06.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives lor adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
