In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court .vide order dated O9,O3,2O21 in Crl.P.No.8O4.ol 2021, directing the petitioner/ unnamed accused to appear before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station on every Saturday between 1O.OO AM and 2.OO PM., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the said Station House Officer. on 4th Saturday of every month instead Accordingly, of every Saturday.
