This Criminal Petition, under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short,^,Cr.p.C.,), is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.3B9 of 2O2t of Sanjeevareddy Nagar police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354,354D,427 and 506 of IpC.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/accused, the learned Assistant Public prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Learned Assistant Public^prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed on 2t.Og.2O2l before the Court concerned. 4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/accused to work out the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, the Criminal petition is disposed of.
