Ilc has writte n EAMCET and his certificates are unde r verification for admission in [!ngineering ceurse, In view of the benefit given to A,l to 47, as indicated above, thls Court is inclincrl to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A8 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., subject to thc following conditions:

(i) The petitioner/A8 is directed to surrender bcfore the Station Housc Officcr, Nirmal Torvn Police Station, Nirmal, rvithin a period of fiftcen (15) days fronr the date of this ordcr.

r^{(iv) 'fhe petitioner/A8} shall not, directly or indirectly, meddlc with the investigation, intimidate or induce the witnesses, tamper the evidence and he shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer for smooth completion of thc invcstigation.
