This Crim nal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the^{petitioner/Al} seeking to^grant bail to him in conner:tion with Cr.No.800 of 2020 on the file of Hayathnagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 307, 504 and 506 lPC,

Heard learned counsel appearing for the^{petitioner/A1} , learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the reco rd.

Learned cr:unsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the a leged offences and he is not at all connected with the alleged crime. He further submits that as per the charge sheet, the dispute between the wife iand husband has been converted into the offence under Section 307 IPC and that even as per the medical certificate, the injuries received by the injured are simple in nature and as such, offence under Section 307 IPC is not attracted against the petitioner. He further submits that since there are family disputes between the petitioner and his wife, the present complaint is filed falsely. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested on 25.12.2020 and that as the entire investigation was completed and clrarge sheet was also filed, there is no question of tampering with the evidence or threatening the witnesses. He also submits that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and ready to abide by any condition imposed try this Court in the event of his enlargement on bail. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor though vehemently opposed the bail application conceded to the fact that the injuries are simple in nature and the charge sheet has already been submitted before the Court concerned.

As per the contents of the charge sheet, though it is alleged that the petitioner/A1 had inflicted knife injuries on the back side of right leg and right thigh of the victim and she was shified to Amma Hospital, Hayatnagar, for treatment, the medical certificate shows that all the injuries are simple in nature and the patient was not admitted in the hospital for further treatment. Thus, looking into the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner/A1and as the injuries are simple in nature, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al .

The Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A1 is directed to be released on bail, subject to the following terms and conditions:

(i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the XXIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar.

(ii) On such release, the petitioner/A 1 shall appear before the Court concerned personally on each date of hearing till conclusion of trial.

(v) the petitioner/Al shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses; and he shall co-operate with the prosecution.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal
