Petition under Section 482 of cr.P.c praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of criminalpetition, the High court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in FIR No.BO of 2019 on the file of Ramannapet police station, Rachakonda, Nalgonda District, against the petitioner herein/A2 and to pass such order or orders as may be deemed as fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Petition under section 482 of cr.p.c praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal petition, the High court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioner/ accused No. 2 in FIR No.80 of 2019 on the file of Ramannapet police station, Rachakonda, Nalgonda District, pending disposal of main criminal petition and to pass such order or orders as may be deemed as fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Maha Jabeen Khan, Advocate for the Petitioner and the public prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri G. Bhaskar, Advocate for the Respondent No.2.

ORDER:
Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Investigating Officer has already completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file vide P.R.C.No. 17 of 2O2O.
In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, with a liberty to challenge the said charge sheet itself.
Granting liberty as sought for, this Criminal petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
