Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to the complete the investigation in the Peculiarity of the fact and circumstances, including the steps, to arrest the accused and collect the evidence in Crime in FIR No.1 14 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 on the file of P.S. Ghatkesar, as early as possible, by fixing the time limit.
