This writ petition is liled alleging that the information sought bv the petitioner on 27.O8.2O2O under the Right to lnformatron Act, 20O5 is not furnished and the same is illegal, and also frequently summoning the petitioner to the Police Station even though no crime is pending against him and no history sheet/ rowd1,-sheet is oPened.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, lcarned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court th.rt on 'O9.O9.2O2O the information sought by the petitioner r,r,as fumished and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner. Further, petitioner is involved in 21 criminal cases and rowdy-shcet was already opened and the said fact is also informed to the petitioner.
