Petition under Article 226 o'f the Constitution oflndiapraying thatin the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the HighCourt maybe pleasedto issue a Writ, Order or Direction, moreparticularly one in thenature ofWrit of I\rlandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents inpreventing the unlawful encroachment by the alleged beneficiaries i.e., respondents 7 to 54 into the 2BHK houses in the Journalist Colony, lVutrajpally Village, Gajwel Mandal as illegal, arbilrary and violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia, Section 7A of Telangana Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and principles of naturaljustice, and consequently direct the respondents to clear the illegal encroachments and make allotments to the 2BHK houses in the Journalist Colony, lMutrajpally Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet district, upon evolving an appropriate procedure for selection and allotment, after proper notifications calling for eligible applicants following a due and prescribed proced ure
