This petition is filed seeking to grant regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,¹⁹⁷³ (Cr.P.C.). The Petitioners a-re Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.260 of 2O2O of Choutuppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. The offence alleged against the petitioners is under Section B(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Hearcl learned counsei for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the recor<l.

A perusai of the record would reveal that 86 Kgs., of dry Ganja vvas seized from the petitioners/ accused. Thel' u,ere arrested by Poiice on 10.07.2020. A perusal of the remand report would revea.l that the Police have almost completed the investigation including recording the statements of material u'itnesses.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application on the ground that the petitioners belongs to the State of Uttar Pradesh and therefore, there is every possibilitl, of their jumping on the bail.

As stated above, the petitioners were rr-rrested on |O-O7'2O20 b1, Police. There is no other case except the present case a.gainst the petitioners herein for the similar

offence. Considering the said facts and also the fact that the Police have almost completed investigation, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is allowed granting bail to the petitioners with the following conditions:

i) The petitioners - Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall furnish personal bonds for an amount of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two (02) sureties each for like sum each, out of which one surety from their native place and other surety from local to the satisfaction of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First C1ass, Ramannapet;

iil They sha"ll appea-r before the Station House Officer, Choutuppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and fi1ing final report; and

iii) They sha11 co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any,^{pending in} this criminal^petiti on shal¹ stand closed.
