This petition is filed seeking to grant regular baii under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.). The Petitioners are Accused Nos.7 and 2 in Crime No.278 of 2020 of Bhadrachalam town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. The offence allegecl agairrst the petitioners is under Section B(c) r/w.20(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were arrested on 28-07-2020. 31 Kgs., of dry Ganja was seized. They are eking out livelihood by doing agriculture and driving.

On the other hand, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, u,ould submit that there are no other cases against the petitioners herein in the State of Telangana for the similar offenct:. The Police have almost completed tl-re investlgation.

Considering the said facts and also the fact that the petitioners are in jail from 28-07-2020 and 31 Kgs., of dry Ganja was seized, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is allowed granting bail to the petitioners with the following conditions:

i) The petitioners Accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall furnish personal bonds for an amount of Rs.1O,00O/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with tu'o (02) sureties each for like sum each, out of which one surety from their native place and other surety from 1oca1 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam; and

ii) They shall appear before the Station House Officer, Bhadrachalam town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing final report; and

iii) They shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any,^pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
