The petition coming on for hearing/ upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K JAYASREE Advocate for the Petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

This petition is liled seeking to grant regular bail under Section 439^,:f the Code of Criminal Procerlur,:, 1973 (Cr.P.C.). The Petitioners a-re Accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.277 of 2O2O of Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. The offence alleged against the petitioners is under Section 8(c) r/w.20(b) of N D.I'].S. Act.

Heard leeirned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecul.or for the State. Perused the record

Learned c:ounsel for the petitioners would submit that 200 Kgs., of dry Ganja was seized from the petitioners herein. They are in jail from 26-07-2020

On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, u'ould submit that there are no othe r cases against the petrtroners herein for the similar offence.

A perusal of the remand report would reveal that the Police have almost completed the investigation including recording the statements of materia1 witnesses. Oonsidering the said facts and a-lso the fact that the petitioners herein are in jail frorn 2t,-07-2020 and eking out their livelihood by doing petty jobs 'online food delivery boys ancL sl udents'

respectively, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is allor.,,,-ed granting bail to the petitioners with the followrng conditions:

i) The petitioners - Accused Nos.l to 3 shall furnish personal bonds for an amount of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two (02) sureties each for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam;

ii) They shal1 appear before the Station House Officer, Bhadrachalam Torvn Poiice Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing final report; and

iii) They shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer.
