From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case in the trial Court ended as 'Contested Acquittal' and the same was disposed of on 05.03.2018. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
