Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
“ …to issue a Writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of “Mandamus” declaring the action of the Respondents herein banning and interfering with the business of the petitioner in serving of flavoured Hookahs without reference to rule, law or regulations, being run under the name and style of “Inferno” at Plot No.6, in Sy.No.9/1/H, Green Hills Colony, Kothapet, Hyderabad, is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the COTP Act and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his business of serving flavoured Hookahs in his coffee shop without any hindrance or restrictions except under law and pass…. .”
