ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter was settled out of Court, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
- Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
