This Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 18-04-2007, in FCOP.No.307 of 2005, on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Secunderabad.
By order dated 04-02-2019, this Court had made it amply clear that in case the learned counsel for the appellant is not present on the next date of hearing, this appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is absent.
