ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
“to issue a writ in the nature of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order declaring the Show Cause Notice VR/IBP dated 18.03.2008 as well as the letter VR/IBP dated 22.03.2008 of the Senior Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the 1st respondent herein as illegal and void and pass.”
