ORDER:
The writ petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in withdrawing the facility of gunmen to the petitioner when he was provided the same from the year 1995 to June, 2009 as arbitrary, discriminatory and irrational and consequently direct the respondents to provide two gunmen for security of the life of petitioner with immediate effect.
