It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in the array of the parties, the name of the Circle is wrongly shown and a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by showing the correct Circle number.
Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is
accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for.
