Neither is the learned counsel for the appellant present nor is there any representation on her behalf.

The appellant herein was impleaded suo motu as the 6^th respondent in W.P.No.9967 of 2018. The said writ petition was filed by the 1^st respondent herein seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the official respondents, in issuing proceedings dated 28.02.2018, as arbitrary and illegal.

The proceedings dated 28.02.2018, whereby the 1^st respondent-writ petitioner was de-registered as a society, was issued on the ground that they had failed to submit an explanation to the show cause notice dated 12.02.2018. The said show cause notice dated 12.02.2018 was suspended by this Court by its order in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.6742 of 2018 dated 28.02.2018.

By the order under appeal the Learned Single Judge, while suomotu impleading the appellant herein as the 6^th respondent, suspended the proceedings dated 28.02.2018 on the ground that the impugned order was passed on the basis of the notice dated 12.02.2018 which itself was suspended in W.P.No.6742 of 2018.

As it is always open to the appellant herein to file their counteraffidavit and seek vacation of the interim order, we see no reason to interfere with the order under appeal in proceedings under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent. Suffice it to make it clear that the order now passed by us shall not disable the appellant from filing their counteraffidavit in the Writ Petition, and to seek vacation of the interim order passed by the Learned Single Judge.

The Writ Appeal, however, fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
