ORDER:
When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case.
Permission for withdrawal is accorded.
Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, interim order granted by this Court on 28.03.2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel,
miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
