This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.5 seeking for relaxation of the condition, which was imposed while granting bail to her in Crl.M.P. No.196 of 2018 in Crime No.40 of 2018, by the I Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur on 15.02.2018; the condition being that the petitioner has to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
