This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.1, in Crime No.68 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kathalapur Police Station, Jagtial District. The offence alleged is under Section 306 R/w.34 of l.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. Learned counsel further submits that accused No.2 in this crime was already granted anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not refute those facts.

Hence, considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused No.1 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Kathalapur Police Station, Jagtial District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioner/accused No.1 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,0001 (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. Further, on such release, the petitioner/accused No.1 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., as under:

The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any^police officer; and

The^petitioner shall not leave lndia without the^previous permission of the Court.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall
