ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent No.3.
“In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015, directing the second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicle. Since the petitioner has already submitted his application to the said respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 08.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, for release of the seized vehicle, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
