By way of W.P.M.P.No.15743 of 2017 filed in this writ petition, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to approach the appropriate forum by way of suitable proceedings for redressal of his grievance.
W.P.M.P.No.15743 of 2017 is ordered and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
