ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the possession of the subject property was delivered and thereby the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is
dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall
stand closed.
