COMMON ORDER:
In view of orders passed by this Court today in C.R.P.No.5088 of 2015, wherein an additional issue was framed, re-called the witness and permitted to adduce evidence only on the additional issue framed, these revisions are also liable to be allowed.
2 Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these revisions shall stand closed.
