ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 18.06.2013, passed in I.A.No.1602 of 2012 in O.P. No.111 of 2008 by the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.
As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the original suit was disposed of on 03.01.2014 by the trial Court, thereby no cause survives in the revision.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
