ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.12.2011 in I.A.No.1722 of 2012 in O.S.No.1697 of 2004 passed by the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar whereby the petition filed under Order VII Rule 10 of C.P.C. was dismissed.
Since the O.S.No. 1697 of 2004 was disposed of by the trial Court on 25.06.2013, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
