ORDER:
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the disposal of F.C.O.P.No.1678 of 2012 by the trial Court on 25.06.2013, no cause survives for adjudication in this civil revision petition.
Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
