ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 31.08.2012, of the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar; Ranga Reddy District, passed in I.A.No.1704 of 2011 in O.S.No.650 of 2011.
The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
