ORDER:
Today when this matter is taken up, Sri Mahadev Anyarambhatla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
2 . Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
