ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor for the
State.
It is brought to the notice of the Court that charge sheet is filed in the crime
in question on 06.02.2017.
Under these circumstances, nothing remains for adjudication.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioners to
seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
