ORDER:
Learned counsel for the appellants represented that appellants have taken
the case records and no-objection vakalat.
Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 is present.
There is no representation on behalf of the appellant and respondent No.4.
It is brought to the notice of the Court by learned counsel for respondents
1 and 2 that, originally suit was filed against a dead person. The same is nullity in law.
As there is no representation on behalf of the appellants, the appeal is
dismissed for default.
Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
