O R D E R:
Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, Standing Counsel for APSRTC.
declaring the petitioner as entitled for pay and allowances attached to the post of Driver till he retires from service; the arrears of pay and allowances shall be paid by the respondents with 8% interest from the due date till the date of payment, after taking into account the amounts, if any, already paid towards such pay and allowances for the period-in-question. This order shall be complied with by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
