Smt. Vaijayanthi, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 4, submits that with the passage of time, the public interest litigation has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why no one is coming forward to work it out on merits.
Hence, public interest litigation is dismissed for nonprosecution.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
