COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan)
All the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh would agree that the cause in all these cases no longer survives and that the PIL and the Writ Petitions have become infructuous.
The PIL and the Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
