ORDER :
Admittedly, statutory notice is not sent to the registered address of the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the procedural and technical objection taken by the respondent, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to proceed, if so advised, in accordance with law.
The Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
Company Applications, if any, pending in this Company Petition shall stand disposed of.
