Heard Mr.V.Ramchander Goud. No representation for the petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon.
From the docket proceedings, it is clear on the earlier occasion, this Court directed the respondents to produce the answer sheets and liberty was given to the petitioner or counsel to peruse the same. The matter underwent adjournment due to the absence of learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
