ORDER :
A representation was made on 16.04.2015 stating that the sole petitioner died and steps will be taken. But as on today, no application is filed.
In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as abated, as the sole petitioner died. Interim orders granted on 19.12.2008 shall stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
