Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We are informed that as per order, dated 24.06.2015, the petitioner-foundation has translocated 15 trees till this date. We are further informed that as of today, 46 more trees are available for translocating.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that respondents 2 and 3 shall allow the petitionerfoundation to translocate remaining 46 trees before the end of September 2015.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitionerfoundation submits that the petitioner-foundation shall translocate 46 trees before the end of September, 2015. He further submits that this PIL may not be kept pending any further.
It is needless to mention that translocation of 46 trees would be subject to the order, dated 24.06.2015 passed by this Court.
With this observation, PIL is disposed of.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
