ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner was continuously absent since 10.12.2013. When the matter was listed on 10.12.2013, 24.12.2013 and 11.04.2014 learned Counsel for the petitioner was absent and there was no representation. Today also when the matter is listed, none appears for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
