ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in canceling the allotment of privatized unit of sanitation work in Ward No.46 in favour of the petitioner by proceedings dated 20.01.2010.
The petitioner was given an order on 06.11.2009 to carry out sanitation work on monthly contract basis for a period of one year from 08.11.2009 to 07.11.2010. The order of cancellation dated 20.01.2010 was suspended by this Court on 27.01.2010. In view of the same, the contract itself worked out, and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
