ORDER:
When the case was listed on 11.09.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even today also, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor representation is made on her behalf. Since no one has appeared for the petitioner, it is reasonable to presume that they are not interested in pursuing the case. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
