ORDER:
When the case was listed on 14.08.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption ‘For Orders’. Even today also, despite the case is posted under the caption ‘For Orders’, none appeared for the petitioner nor representation is made on its behalf. Since no one has appeared for the petitioner, it is reasonable to presume that they are not interested in pursuing the case. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
