O R D E R:
When this writ petition was called on 18.10.2014, in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 21.10.2014. i.e., today. Today, when the matter was called in the prelunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter and when the matter is taken up now in the postlunch session, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.
For the aforesaid reasons, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
