Heard both parties.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a declaration that the auction held on 29.11.2013 by the respondent No.3 is arbitrary and illegal on the ground that there was no publication in the local dailies as required under law.
In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents the allegations are denied and it is stated that the notice was published in the dailies dated 26.11.2013, and a copy of the publication has also been placed before this Court.
Under the circumstances, the allegations in the writ petition are unfounded and accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
