ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta)
Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the competent authority.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all or any of the points raised in this writ petition before the competent authority. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
