Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the present writ petition is not maintainable, as the petitioners have the remedy of filing statutory appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the DRT for the relief claimed in this petition.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
